Cloth-bound keepsake books, printed to order

The people you love, all in one book.

Send one link. Everyone who matters writes something. Their stories and photographs become a real book, professionally printed and bound — and nothing goes to press until you have seen every page.

Everyone remembers them differently. A photo book holds your view of someone. This holds everyone’s.

How it works

You gather.
We print and bind.

A Memory Binding book isn't written — it's collected. We send the invitations. Your people add their photos and stories on their own time. You arrange the pages the way you want them, we typeset and print, and it arrives at the door.

Before you start

The things people ask us first.

What if my family isn't good with technology?

Contributors get one link and a page to type on — no app, nothing to install. They do need a free account so their words stay theirs and they can come back and edit. If someone would rather not, you can add their memory for them and it appears under their name.

Who can see what people write?

Only you. Contributors see their own page, not each other's. Names stay private unless someone chooses to share theirs. Your book is never public and is never shown to anyone else.

What if it doesn't look right?

Nothing is printed until you approve a PDF proof of every page. You can reorder pages, change layouts, edit the cover, and rewrite the opening letter as many times as you like. We review every book before it goes to the printer.

Can people include photographs?

Yes, in two ways. Each contributor can add a photograph to their own story, and it sits on the page beside their words — you choose whether it goes left, right, across the top, or fills a page of its own. You can also switch on a photo gallery, which collects everyone’s pictures together at the back of the book. You can use either, both, or neither.

What if we don't collect many memories?

Short books still print beautifully. A paperback needs at least 32 pages to bind and a hardcover 24 — if yours comes in under that, blank pages are added at the back and we show you the exact number before you approve. Many people keep them deliberately, for handwritten notes later. If you would rather fill them, you can invite a few more people, turn on the photo gallery, or add a dedication.

How long does it take?

Most people give contributors two to four weeks. Printing and delivery take about another two. If you have a date to hit, start about six weeks out — and you can keep collecting right up until you order.

What if something arrives damaged?

Any print defect — missing pages, misalignment, a damaged cover, binding trouble — is replaced free within thirty days. If your printed book doesn't match the proof you approved, we reprint it at no cost.

Can people still add after I start reviewing?

Yes. The deadline you set closes submissions for contributors so they know when to write by. It never stops you. You can add memories yourself right up until you place the order.
